Transformation begins the moment a young person realizes they’re capable of more than they ever imagined. Through sports, education, and mentorship, ISF Cambodia is helping the next generation discover they don’t have to accept the future they’re handed. They have the power to create a better one—for themselves, their families, and their communities.
Transformation begins the moment a young person is given the chance to discover what they’re truly capable of.
For a group of U16 girls in Cambodia, that moment came on a full-sized football pitch. Through a partnership between ISF Cambodia and Boeung Ket FC, they stepped into their inaugural league—competing on a field unlike any they had played before.
Their first match was about far more than football. It was the beginning of believing they belonged. With every pass, every challenge, and every minute on the pitch, they gained something no scoreboard could measure: confidence.
Because when a young lady realizes what she can accomplish alongside her team, she begins to see new possibilities far beyond the game.

Two ISF Cambodia students recently earned full scholarships—not through luck, but through perseverance.
They studied. They worked. They believed in themselves. They embraced every challenge, and their commitment opened the door to an education that will carry them from grade 6 through high school.
These life-changing opportunities don’t appear by chance. They grow where young people are encouraged, supported, and reminded that their future is worth investing in.

Real leadership doesn’t wait for adulthood.
Recently on World Environment Day, ISF Cambodia students stepped into their own neighborhoods with brooms, baskets, and a simple conviction: if they wanted a cleaner community, they could help create one.
They didn’t just clean streets. They demonstrated what responsibility looks like. They inspired others to help and to care. They showed that meaningful change often begins with the courage to take the first step.
ISF Cambodia is helping young people discover they don’t have to wait for someone else to shape the future. Whether on the football pitch, in the classroom, or in their own communities, they’re learning they have the power to create a better one—for themselves and for everyone around them.
