Thriveworx

ThriveWorx builds collaborative, locally-led solutions to poverty in Guatemala and Costa Rica — identifying promising local leaders and equipping them with the training, partnerships, and resources to drive lasting change in their own communities. In 2023 alone, that model reached nearly 11,000 people across both countries — real evidence that change lasts longest when local hands are the ones building it.
